Arising from 
MacFusion issue 29 <http://code.google.com/p/macfusion/issues/detail?id=29> and 
MacFusion issue 194 <http://code.google.com/p/macfusion/issues/detail?id=194>

MacFusion may encounter two or more connection files (such as internet location 
files) with the 
same _file_ name. 

Consider: how MacFusion should handle/distinguish between duplicates.
