"+" button in Favorites not clickable #269

I'm using: trunk MacFusion built from today's code, together with the
latest MacFuse 1.3.1 for OS X 10.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Favorites window
2. Try to click the + button
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The button does nothing. It does not even highlight on click, so it's
impossible to add a new favorite.
