Move "Start Macfusion Menuitem" up in app menu #281

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. display the application "Macfusion" menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- item "Start Macfusion Menuitem" should be placed below Preferences and above 
the Hide/Quit 
items. See Finder and Safari for instance, they have the empty trash and block 
popups placed like 
that.
- the item would be better spelled "Start Menu Item". We know it's Macfusion 
and that doesn't 
open a dialog so the ellipsis doesn't make sense.
- Maybe change the preference setting to a choice (automatically start menu 
item: at login / at 
application launch / manually only)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.2 leopard intel
