Slow SSH transfer (download) #283

Using MacFusion 2.0.3

After the installation it worked as expected, giving 1MB/s (max on my ADSL)

After some weeks, performances dropped to 2/300KB/s

The same transfer using sftp in shell gives peak performances (same server, 
same conditions)

I experienced the very same issue using older versions (MF 1 branch), but they 
seem solved 
installed the new version
