Items can’t be copied to “Desktop” because you don’t have permission to read them. #297

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount a sshfs
2. open finder
3. drag a file to for example the Desktop.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you inspect the file with get info, it is reported that you have read and 
write permission.
Writing actually works, 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lion 10.7.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Oddly I could open certain files, for instance a python source code file. 
However, if I try to drag it to my local disk it fails with a read permission 
problem. So I expect this to be a funny permissions issue.
