contextual menu item #33

Whilst browsing a list of FTP or SFTP servers, I'd like 
    control-click or 
    right-click 
to present, amongst the contextual menu items: 

    Add to Favourites

Lists such as <http://distribution.openoffice.org/mirrors/#mirrors> come to 
mind. 

Browsing aside, the menu item might also appear in the Finder context of an 
Internet Location 
file that MacFusion can handle. 

Behaviour
---------

Either

1) create an (XML) Internet Location file at 
   ~/Library/Favorites/

or

2) present a MacFusion Favourites dialogue.

If MacFusion grows to handle AFP, SMB etc., then extend the contextual menu to 
respond to 
those protocols as well.
