Auto-Set SR #4

Automatically Sets Sample rate based on the current SR of the "To Mixer" device. As long as the program content is playing when the Zoom mixer is opened, there will be no SR issues between the content and the Zoom Mixer. Also Rename Zoom Gate -> Zoom Mixer
