It's like either certain zeros have been dropped from the log or values are 1/10th what they should be... ?!?
Can you confirm what versions of LPrint, PAPPL, and CUPS you are using?
Yes I thought that was quite odd as well looking at the dropped zeroes from resolution. The lprint was pulled from the master branch off Github and compiled. PAPPL was from apt - 1.3.1-2 CUPS is latest from apt - 2.4.6-0ubuntu3
Can you try the current PAPPL 1.4.x release?
Sorry I had to bin this for the while and switch back to plain cups. I'll try it again soon but iirc I had later tried the newest Pappl but can't recall it changing anything. Thanks for the help
Odd behavior. I'm using the non-snap version via the source although I've tried the source as well.
I've two machines each in a different location. Same OS, Ubuntu 22. One connecting to a 300dpi Zebra GX430t thermal transfer, the other to a ZM600 300dpi thermal transfer.
Both work fine normally with cups and such. However when I install the lprint server and add the printer on each, the label prints the first maybe 1" of a 4x6 label then the printer hangs. I've tried every variation of printer setting I can see to eliminate and for some reason it simply won't work for me at all.
For both, I've configured the printer in the GUI and command lines. Some variation of this -
lprint add -d Zebra_ZPRINT_CLI -v socket://192.168.1.188 -m zpl_4inch-300dpi-tt -o na_4x6-index_4x6in
The printer is found and looks fine in the gui. I can change the settings to web and label as the types and confirm the 4x6 size.
However anytime I print the test page it fails on me entirely. Whether it's in the Lprint UI or my local Mac CUPS GUI, I can't figure out a way past this.
Logs below - any ideas appreciated!
