This really needs to be in 1.1 to make the moauth snap useful.

[x] Expand moauthd_application_t to include client_name, client_uri, logo_uri, and tos_uri metadata.
[x] Add moauthdAddApplication function and use it when loading from the conf file.
[x] Support client_name in conf file
[x] Add support for client registration endpoint
[x] Use metadata in authorization web UI
[x] Add libmoauth API
[x] Add unit test
