Move language names to a seperate WL component #203

Closed comradekingu closed 2 years ago

https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/weblate/languages/#translations has all the language names, most of which are duplicated in https://hosted.weblate.org/translate/pappl/papp

If not translating the language names, it becomes harder to find more relevant strings, especially as new ones are added . Setting string-priority would help if they are kept in the same component.

Hopefully things like this could be avoided(?): https://hosted.weblate.org/translate/pappl/pappl/de/?checksum=bec3cb3a5d69206#history

Can't remember the solution, but https://github.com/ManeraKai/simplytranslate_mobile/issues/171 was fixed.

(Don't agree to the CoC)

@comradekingu I'm not sure what you are asking for? The message catalog doesn't contain language names, but it does contain country names since they are used when generating X.509 certificates/certificate requests.
