Add multiple document job support #228

Currently PAPPL only supports a single document per job, but we need to support jobs with more than one document for common command-line printing use cases (print a directory of images/log files/etc.)

[x] Add document number/index to APIs and structures
[x] Add system option for multi-document job support
[x] Allow multiple files to be queued when system option is set
[x] Add support for multiple-document-handling option
[x] Add support for uncollated copies
[x] Add document object IPP attribute support
[x] Add document object IPP operation support
[x] Add APIs for access document attributes, name, and number of documents (count)
[x] Update papplJobGetXxx APIs to be papplJobGetDocumentXxx
[x] Load/save document attributes
[x] Update papplJobCreateOptions API to merge document attributes when document number/index > 0
