make temp directory configurable and use a more gradle-friendly default (wix-embedded-mysql defaults this to target/, which survives a gradle clean)

@svoeller99 thanks for the contribution, I have just released this so it should be available for you shortly. Unfortunately I forgot that you had already increased the version number in your PR, so I incremented it again. This means the latest version that includes your changes is 2.1.10.
