Update "tested up to" WP version. #78

I have been using this plugin with no issues for the last several versions of WP Core, and I strongly suspect others have as well. This PR just updates the "Tested up to:" string in readme.txt, which should get rid of the "This plugin hasn't been updated in forever" message on wordpress.org.

This would be a great opportunity to merge my other PR, and do a full-blown release, btw. :)

Thanks for this @dsXLII and sorry for the delay. My time is super limited lately so it has been hard to focus on this plugin. @jrchamp I've fixed that (I thought I had already done that before) so you're good to be able to do official releases moving forward. Feel free to merge and package a release and release it to the .org repo!
