What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download Air, install
2. download Pomodairo 1.9, install
3. start Pomodairo (1st time I changed the timer length to 20)
4. add a new task
5. click on "Start"
6. program hangs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected something to happen, but see nothing. cursor eventually goes into the
"waiting" cursor, and Windows 7 reports the application is not responding.
Error details (from Windows 7 dialog) are below.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9, Windows 7

This might be an issue with my sound drivers. Windows Media player, which was
running earlier today, was hung as well after Pomodairo hung. couldn't tell if
it was waiting on a sound resource though. My Compaq 610 laptop has shown
prior difficulties with applications that use sound. To be technical though, i
don't have any evidence pointing toward problems with Air and sound on my
machine. Is there a test I could do?

reboot resolved this. (amazing what rebooting can do, eh? but then you lose
all evidence of what caused it of course.) The timer starts fine now. Perhaps
it was a sound driver issue. (so is updating this issue considered an
unplanned?)

Rebooting - the generic problem solver =)

I will close this issue for now, if you can recreate in the future then we can
reopen it.
