Enable OpenAPI and get Davinci model for LLM API - Don't push API key to git!

Comparison of different grade API:Ada/Babbage/Curie/Davinci

No need to use Ada/Baggage.
Curie/Davinci are capable to summarization
But Davinci 's writing power is better. Curie sometimes keep it long or a bit unpredictable. And not match the work length prompt criteria
