Simple SwiftPM support. Not swift wrapped.

Couple of suggestions:

xcschememanagement.plist and xcuserstate files should be removed
No need to move the files into a Sources directory, as you can specify their paths in Package.swift

Thanks @ivlevAstef! I’ve just merged another pull request that adds Swift PM but doesn’t require moving the sources around
