Cannot add form fields without an in-page tab #231

Introduced in v3.5.5, it seems no longer possible to add form sections and fields if there is no in-page tab.

Seems working fine. I've jumped to conclusions. The script I was testing was trying to include the development version and v3.5.5 no longer includes it. And there were some miscopied files in my test.
