Release of v3 #61

I'm going to release v3 in a week or so unless there is a crucial problem. If there is a part that needs to be redesigned or reconstructed, let me know before that. Once it's done, it will be hard to do so especially if it involves breaking changes.

Okay now the above change has been done.
