I can see something unusual is happening. I cannot reproduce such an issue.

Can you describe the issue in words? Also, the steps to reproduce.

A few odd things I noticed:

For the second unit, you pasted the same URL as the first URL unit but the result is no products. This shouldn't happen as the plugin uses a cache.
the second URL unit's status icon is gray. This also shouldn't happen.
the other units' status icons became red. Looks like all caches are gone somehow and new HTTP requests are blocked.
