One more thing came to my mind when submitting votes - now the version history is "too linear" - meaning you see v0 ... v6. It would be really great to see it plotted on the calendar w.r.t. "milestones" - shepherding ends, conf ends, acm submission deadline. May be you could also plot "average EuroPLoP 2012 paper" on the same graph:) I tried to depict it on the attached picture, hope it helps to see what I mean (X is an avg eplop paper). This would help one to see workshop version, improvements after shepherding, etc. I think Michael have the dates attached to the versions anyway?:)
