Submitting second vote erases comments from the previous #11

I wrote a review, and as the paper had no abstract, put reject. Then as the paper was updated, I voted again, put "strong accept" and wrote that the paper is good to go now. Unfortunately, this erased comments I previously put on the content.

Here are possible solutions:

make the user aware that this is going to happen and suggest copying comments
make it possible for the user/PC chair to see votes history, so not a single comment is lost

Thanks a lot. The system does, in fact, keep a history already. No comments are overwritten by design. Maybe the best solution is to show the whole history of comments to all PC members.
