Duplicates in shepherd list #13

When I change my role to "admin" and use the "View shepherds" option, the shepherds that have more than one paper assigned are showing on that list as many times as the number of papers they have.

Proposed solution: Remove duplicate shepherds from shepherd list

This is best addressed as part of a redesign that more clearly separates interface from application logic. Planning to use the knockout.js framework for the new interface.
