What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and install eclipse 3.6
2. Follow manual or update site installation
3.

The concept is very good: keep up maintaining this!

Sorry, my fault, I kept galileo update site in my plugins sites.
So it crashed installation. Removing this fixed the issue.
