Content Selection/Copy not working in IE 11 under source mode in CKEditor #54

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open CKEditor in IE 11
2. Enter some content in the Editor
3. Select 'source' from the toolbar
4. Try to select content from the editor

Behavior:
Content from the editor cannot be selected. 
Ctrl+A doesn't work
Copying the content doesn't work.

Expected Behavior:
Should be able to select the content
Select All/Delete should work
Select All/Paste should work
