Ctrl+S handler #7

Add an handler on the combinations of keys : Ctrl + S which will call the 
save method.

Implemented.
Will work by default with ckEditor if useFormPanel is set to true. Else, you 
will have 
to create a button with the attribute name="submit" to catch the submit event 
from 
ckeditor
