Openmeetings with HTTPS #1212

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

Hello,

openmeetings is a great software!

Is it possible to run openmeetings with HTTPS instead of HTTP?

The reason is very simple: HTTPS is more secure :-) and login and every
traffic is encryptet with HTTPS.

The second problem is that we would run openmeetings in a DMZ behind
Microsoft ISA 2006.

Could anyone help us?

There is a possibility to use rtmpS instead of rtmp. Look more from the wiki. I
think
the important data does not go trough http, so there is no sense to use https.
If
someone know a way to secure the data, please tell us :)

One way is to VPN into the server. That way the data is secured.
