can not create thumbnail #1399

 hi!
   i install the openmeetings on my window2008 64bit , when i upload files(such as pptx docx...), the imagemagick cann't convert the paper to thumbnail .i checked the upload directory ,the pdf and swf files create suncess! but only one thumbnail in the directory,but the paper has 18 pages.

hi,

I am nto sure but can you try to rename the document to a name with latin 
characters?
for example test.docx to check if the file name in chinese letters could be a 
problem.

 thank you for your response. i rename the file to test.pptx . but the problem the same as before

i use the command line can create the same file to thumbnail sucess.

yes but please test it on openmeetings.de (its a linux machine) I guess it 
might be either an installation problem on your box or a path problem with the 
tools on your windows box.

i upload the file to openmeetings.de ,the thumbnail is ok. yestoday i install 
the latest openmeetings on my another linux machine. the thumbnail is ok too . 
but in linux platform ,the openoffice cann't convert the chinese characters 
correctly. so i move to windows platform in chinese version.

on anthor machine?
