Internal Error when trying to add a user to a usergroup through Administration --> manage usergroups #1642

I am using OM 3.0 with MySQL 5.6.10.
After installation, and whenever I am trying to add a user to a usergroup, OM 
is showing a white webpage containin a "Internal Error. Return to homepage" 
message.

Is not reproduced on latest 3.0 build.
Please use Jira to file new bug.
