So, the Aiming mechanisms for aimbow, while helpful, could be better. There are a few other factors that still make me miss a shot, and those are:
Target velocity: If the player, mob, or whatever else is currently moving, the only thing accounted for is vertical distance. This means I end up shooting where they used to be, rather than where they are. IDK if this is fixable, but it would be really cool if you could do something about it.
Autoaim locking: The locking for auto aim is great, but it would be nice if I was able to pull away towards a different character, especially if I lock onto a friendly in a game, such as a dog, wolf, or zombie pigman.
Draw Distance: Right now, I'm guessing that when placing the crosshair, the mod assumes the bow is at full draw (the arrow is completely drawn back), but what if it's not? What if I want to just quickly fire an arrow? Maybe make the crosshair adjust for that as well? Even when not using autoaim, this is definitely useful.
