Stuck in blocks when building up. #178

When building up, the build speed is to high and this leads to the block being placed as the player jumps and getting the player stuck in the placed block instead of landing on the block so that it can jump up.

Accruing bug, happens every 2-3 minutes.

Should be fixed in 1.15 (Bot checks player height before placment)
