8 years ago Its long known that soundboard and TFAR are not compatible and cause frequent crashes. As soundboard is not open source i can not easilly debug this crash. So its either up to the soundboard dev to debug or.. Ill do it someday if im too bored and this seems important enough. But #1109 would fix the freezing of Arma

8 years ago Arma freeze/crash fix was merged into the next major release. The Teamspeak crash needs some debugging with SoundBoard and TFAR which i may do someday. Or someone pokes the SoundBoard developer to investigate that. Maybe he has more time than I do.

8 years ago If anyone can. Please try to reproduce the crash with the 1.0 Pre-release. And then upload Teamspeak's crashdump for me.

7 years ago It's important that it crashes using the newer 1.0 Pre-release builds of the Plugin. For the 0.9.12 build or older 1.0 Pre-releases I don't have the information needed to analyze the crashdump

7 years ago Didn't used to have this problem, but it's been crashing Arma, TS3 and my entire PC for the last couple days now. Basically, after a couple hours of playing I'll hit caps lock to talk on short range, and my entire computer will freeze for a moment, then both my screens will go black and I am unable to interact with it.
Here's the kicker. I do not have Soundboard, I have never had soundboard.

7 years ago Both screens go black?! Well.... TFAR doesn't do that intentionally ^^ Do you play fullscreen? can the blackscreen be because resolution change? like when you alt-tab out of the game?. It's probably a Teamspeak crash which opens a messagebox showing the crashdump location.. and that then tabs you out. Why you can't interact i dunno. It sometimes happens that i can't interact with anything after tabbing out from fullscreen-window. To fix that i press ctrl+alt+entf.. then click on anything then close that screen again and i have control. Sometimes i need to open task-manager and click somewhere in there.
I'm using Arma3 with CBA,TFA mod.
Since the last update first my TS3 crashes and then ARMA. I have to kill TS3 in order to be able to play again.
