I have tested more on this it seems the multiplier just gets ignored. Past around 1km it gets weak and at 2km its crackly then nothing past further distances.
We're using player setVariable ["tf_sendingDistanceMultiplicator", 100];
You presume it only happens with RHS? Can you please try to reproduce it only with CBA and TFAR ? And maybe create a example Mission with 2 Players placed at a distance so that the issue occurs.

We did try without RHS and the issue popped back up. It is really weird as all of the multipliers are set and also the terrain coef is set to -10 which makes most of it usually clear.
