Support for Teamspeak Bots #1387

Support for Teamspeak bots so that they can send on Radios. Needs to be able to inject a "fake-player" with position and stuff.

Could be done teamspeak only. Add a identifier in the bot's metadata so that newly joined players immediatly know that it's a bot.

If there is some guy transmitting that the plugin doesn't know. And it has the bot identifier, then request his position and other infos and let him tell you where he is transmitting. That way we don't need to emulate a fake player in-game.

Would be an awesome Features, a lot of our players have Radio Stations Ingame and they have to sit Ingame all the time even thought they're just transmitting Radio.
