When using Google Translate this is coming up as Support for EW which is something I have never heard of so I am guessing Google is confused. Clarification of what this is for would be nice.

Basically a usable Radio Jammer am i right? If transmission receiver is in Jammer range he will only receive noise when someone is sending?
