It would be awesome if we could setup a "bot" in team speak which we could use to broadcast recorded messages across specific radio frequencies, but without it having to have its own arma3 client running. e.g. we manually provide coord location of the transmitter.

would something like that be possible?

Actually the exe build of the radio_pipe fakes position and send messages. We would only need to add audio sending to the teamspeak.
