Multiplayer resume game problem #973

TFAR works when starting a new game, but when resuming saved game the host's TFAR does not work. TeamSpeak reports Connected: Y Play: N for Host only. All other player can use TFAR.

Resumed Game: DUWS arma3 TFAR version: 0.98
