Recent update of Luaotfload breaks everything #8

I've updated TeX Live today and it seems some libraries we've used for font locating and font options parsing were removed, so update is needed.

Fix is in branch luaotfload-2.6. It seems that everything that needed to be done was to create custom lua module loader, which after requiring a file calls function init()

The changes are now merged into master, it should work for both new and older luaotfload versions
