Noto Sans Mono Regular dependency #115

Make failed with following error:

luaotfload | db : Reload initiated (formats: otf,ttf,ttc); reason: Font "Noto Sans Mono Regular" not found.
luaotfload | resolve : sequence of 3 lookups yielded nothing appropriate.

! Package fontspec Error: The font "NotoMono-Regular" cannot be found.

Dependency of Noto Sans Mono Regular not stated in Install.md

Thanks for the report. I've updated the installation instructions with information about Noto fonts.
