I ran every test succesfull with php.cmd alias but when importing path of php.cmd into PHPStorm that's said : PHP version not installed.

Do you have installed latest Creator's update? Bash.exe had iessue with piping stdout.

Same issue here. php.cmd just works fine, but php version not found error in phpStorm 2017.1.4 I do have latest version windows installed + updated.

Download manually Creator's update - worked for me.

Thanks, that did the truck.

I thought since creator update is out a while and I do all updates automatically, I already had the update.
