captcha used in bookmarklet and "new quote" page is not localised #30

add localization of recaptcha

Where do you see it not localized? It's in Czech in my case. At least the tooltips, not the image with the text "stop spam, read books" But it's a logo, so I don't think it's necessary to localize it.

Perhaps you have an English browser?

you are right, my mistake - I have english language as a default in browser and at the same time after reading documentation (https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/customization?hl=cs#i18n) I believed that there is no official czech localisation.
