Move from libwebkitgtk-3.0 to webkit2gtk-4.0 #38

libwebkitgtk-3.0 is deprecated and no longer used in many modern distro. It's dependencies are also huge, requiring around 1.8 Gb of space on disk.

Ebook-Viewer should move to webkitgtk2-4.0
