Allow user to set Default air time to 20:00.

if a show's episode air time is 00:00 (aka unknown.) İt should use air time i set. Which is 20:00 .

Just global single default/fallback airtime is enough. İ don't need ability to set different airtime per show.

This show in trakt site shows 10pm at top air time But in the showly app it shows 00:00 air time.

I've edited tmdb. added imdv tvdb all ids. no luckk.
