Create user profiles and permissions #12

Yep - that's on the list. At some point I'll need a breakdown of what roles should exist, and what permissions each role should have.

Here are some of the more specific details we'd like concerning the permission/ accounts: Admin- can do everything Intern- can do almost everything but anything they do goes to review changes and stays there until someone with an admin login approves (push changes to site). On the review changes list, the admin should be able to push changes to live site one by one, right now it pushes everything in the list at once. CSV imports should also be listed under the review changes instead of directly going to the live site. Interns also Should NOT be able to delete anything, neither records or collections.
