Rename carbon? #61

Carbon = “Misc. fossils” ? (need to rename “carbon”)

Yes, let's rename carbon to be "miscellaneous" (or "misc." if space is an issue.

Okay - I've changed it in the bar graph label, which is I think the only place it shows up, assuming we are going to get rid of the pie charts. If you notice it elsewhere, let me know!
