Need more explanation for graphs vs lifetime total #84

It's confusing when the bar graph totals don't add up to the lifetime total. This happens for almost every company, since the totals are across all states/chambers, while the graphs only relate to the current view. It also sometimes happens with politicians, when they have participated in more than one chamber. I'm not sure if we should change the behavior or just add some text explaining what is going on.

We talked this though today. Graphs will reflect the State/Chamber currently selected. The "total" will be calculated from the graph.
