once loaded, the graph gets shifted up so the top is slightly under the nav bar. it should be centered on the screen, and also, we shouldn't see the graph jump.
I made some structural changes in the HTML that fixes this. There's now a #content div that encompasses the entire page except the header and both the Lists and Graphs are positioned within it.
