Related issue to elixir plugin: asdf-vm/asdf-elixir#118

Here script would be even simpler as erlang plugin does not depends on other ones, for example:

echo $(asdf list-all erlang | grep -Pv "maint|master" | tail -n 1)
# 25.1.2
