Update Singularity.def #6

Was throwing gpg: keyserver receive failed: Server indicated a failure error when building the singularity image. Fix from https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/399027/gpg-keyserver-receive-failed-server-indicated-a-failure seems to work. Not sure if this is reproducable or happens only with my setup.

I tested both version of Singularity.def file. Both works well on Ubuntu 20.04 + Singularity 3.9.1. Let's keep updated version.

Strange, my setup is Ubuntu 20.04, and Singularity 3.9.1 too. Wonder why there's a difference then
