Internet Explorer and Animate on Scroll

Internet Explorer fails to render AOS animations; this is true on all versions of Internet Explorer.

This is a bug

Specifications

• AOS version: CDN - so it should be the latest version
• OS: Windows 10
• Browser: Internet Explorer 11

Expected Behavior

The animations should not be transparent

Actual Behavior

The animations are transparent. We use it for a navigation menu and it is failing to display at all.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Run any AOS animation in IE

Possible Solution

I've seen people post some solutions for this in the past, but none of them worked. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the z-index? That's my best rudimentary guess
