Enhancement: LSP Configuration for Haskell in Neovim

This PR adds the changes to support LSP for Haskell in my current configuration in nvim.

Resolves #17

Merging to main with no conflicts. If there's any follow-up updates to the configuration, it will be put to the linked branch and a new PR will be created. For now, this seems OK!
